This bar contains 20% roasted New Zealand hazelnuts; stoneground with our single-estate cacao, resulting in a soft, buttery texture. The sweet orange and sprinkle of Marlborough sea salt lift this bar to a whole new level of deliciousness.

The cacao inside this chocolate is the Trinitario varietal. A slightly hotter roast profile was used to create a more stable base for the hazelnut flavour.

Shirl & Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow, and stone grind for up to for 80 hours before ageing its chocolate. It then tempers, moulds and hand-wraps each bar in its little NZ factory.

Ingredients: Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, roasted New Zealand hazelnuts, organic cacao butter, natural orange oil, Marlborough sea salt.
