Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the UK only via Royal Mail standard postage. We love sharing the Feijoa love with all our friends in Europe - please send us an email or inquiry should you want to make an order from outside the UK.

Should you require your purchase sooner at an additonal postage cost, we would be happy to arrange this. Just send us an email at hello@feijoastudio.com and we will try our utmost to fulfil your request.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day returns policy on all full priced items, from the date of purchase.

If you would like to return an item please fill out this form to verify your return can be accepted.

You will then be given return address details. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us via tracked postage.

Once the item has been received and checked you will be refunded via the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.

Sale items are non returnable.
