All products viewed online are sold subject to written and photographic description. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please understand that human error may occur or items may be faulty. There may also be variations in handcrafted goods represented as examples by the visual images on the site which is not considered faulty.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. None of this information is divulged to another party. Furthermore, you can contact us at any time and ask us to remove this information from our system.

Squarespace
Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. This is an online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall and adhere to GDPR legislation. Payment

Our payment gateway is Stripe. Stripe are approved by all major acquiring banks and they are Level 1 compliant under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase.
After that is complete your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Security
We will never disclose your personal information to another party. We employ sensible precaution and practices to ensure it is not inappropriately used, accessed or disclosed.

No internet transmission is 100% secure.

In using our site you accept the inherent security risks of providing information over the internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security, unless this is due to our negligence.

Squarespace runs an integral fraud detection system. Any ordered received which scores high as possibly fraudulent will be cancelled and the card refunded. The customer in question will be notified.
